We generally charge by the hour for our consulting services. However, some projects can occasionally be quoted at a fixed price. We often recommend to new clients that they consider this per-project option during an evaluation phase. New clients also use our hourly support when they need immediate assistance. Our current Fee Schedule is always available upon request.
Assessment
Come Monday's Assessment Service is the key to your success. We will make sure you are getting the best experience, tools, and technology to match your business requirements and objectives. We will meet with you to fully understand your situation, budget, desires, timelines, and expectations. Following your initial assessment we will prepare estimates giving you an idea of what you will spend and what you will receive before you take that next step.Implementation
As with any business, planning is the key to success and so at Come Monday, we bring our range of experience across several industries to help you understand and clearly define your specific needs. Knowing what you currently have and where you would like to go is the first priority in achieving any goal. Having sat down with you and gleaned an understanding of your business goals and objectives, we then gather all the relevant data as to how your business is currently set up. From here, we go on to perform a gap analysis and provide you with a road map to achieve your goals and objectives in a cost-effective and timely manner. Only then do we appoint one of our Senior Consultants as your relevant Team Leader and go ahead and implement your plan.
